This policy covers Protection and Indemnity (P&I) risks up to Hull value as per Clause 9 of Institute Time Clauses Hull - Port Risk (20/7/87), including absolute liability for Marine Seepage and Pollution.
All premiums due must be paid within thirty (30) days from the inception date. In the event that the premium is not paid by the due date, this policy and all coverages hereunder shall automatically terminate without notice.
